Jerry Parker - Chief Executive
Officer:
Mr. Parker earned his B.A. from
Midwestern
State
University in 1977 and his M. A. from Southwestern in 1981.
He has served as Director
of Operations for The Wood Group since 1987 and is
responsible for the development and implementation of programs
and services provided.
He
has served as past president and board member of the Mental
Health Association of Wichita County. Mr. Parker recently finished his third year of serving
on NAMI State Board of Directors.
He is currently the Vice President of NAMI of Wichita
County.
He served many
years on the Board of Texas Homeless Network.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the
local Homeless Network.
He is a past board member of the State Board of Directors
for
the Mental Health
Association of Texas and for the Board of Directors for the
South Texas Behavioral Health Partnership.
He is a member of the Alliance for the Mentally Ill, National Rural
Mental Health Association and the Texas Association of
Residential Service Providers.
In 1995, he was the recipient of the Helen Farabee Award
for outstanding volunteer services to the mentally ill of
North Texas.
Mr. Parker is starting his sixth year on the National Board of
Directors for the National Association for Rural Mental Health.

Mark A. Bruce - Chief Financial Officer:
Mr. Bruce has served as Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer
for The Wood Group since 1989. Mr. Bruce is responsible for
business planning, budgeting, finance and financial management
of The Wood Group. In the past Mr. Bruce has served on the Board
of Directors for the South Texas Behavioral Health Partnership,
the Financial Committee for the Texas Health Care Association
and a member of the National Rural Mental Health Association. He
earned his B.A. from Midwestern State University in 1982.

David Kelley - Chief Operations Officer:
Mr. Kelley started his service with The Wood Group as Director
of Quality Management and Clients Rights Officer in January
2001. Mr. Kelley has assisted in the development of
residential and psychosocial programming. In 2009, Mr.
Kelley was named Chief Operations Officer of The Wood Group and
he directly supervises all Wood Group operations. He is
responsible for the licensing and operations of all residential
facilities, after hour emergencies, and psychosocial
rehabilitation issues. He began his Mental Health career
at the North Texas State Hospital in 1988 where he instructed
social problem solving skills for mentally ill clients and
implemented behavior programs for emotionally disturbed
children. From 1995 to 1999, he worked for Helen Farabee
Regional MHMR Centers and gained experience in Clinical Client
Care, Program Implementation, and Quality Management. He
also served on several Center Management Committees. Mr.
Kelley earned his B.A. from Midwestern State University in 1994.

Stacy Otto - Director of Quality
Management:
Mrs. Otto earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Cameron
University. Her areas of Study included Psychology, Sociology,
and Criminal Justice. Mrs. Otto worked closely with the Oklahoma
National Guard where she helped develop a Mentorship Program for
troubled youth. She began her Mental Health Career with Helen
Farabee Regional MHMR Centers in 2001 as Child and Adolescent
Caseworker. She also performed crisis screenings and assessments
for adults and adolescents. Mrs. Otto came to The Wood Group in
October of 2006. As Director of Quality Management and
Rehabilitative Services, Mrs. Otto will be managing all issues
dealing with Quality Assurance and Psychosocial Rehabilitative
Programs. She will also coordinate all Client Rights
investigations and reports. |

Lesa Reimers Director of Human
Resources: Mrs. Reimers has studied at Midwestern State
University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She has been with the Wood
Group since August of 2007. Prior to working with The Wood
Group, Mrs. Reimers spent 14 years as office manager of a
company in Dallas. She also worked as a Contract Assistant with
Collin County. Mrs. Reimers had been a previous employee with
The Wood Group. As Director of Human resources she assists area
Administrators with hiring of new employees and maintains all
personnel files and training records. For information regarding

Mary Wood - Director of Marketing:
Ms. Wood has studied at Midwestern State University and Oklahoma
College of Liberal Arts. She received her License as a Texas
Nursing Home Administrator in 1975. From 1974 - 1993, Ms. Wood
operated nursing home facilities for the Wood Family Enterprises
in several locations in Texas and Oklahoma. Ms. Wood was named
Marketing Director for The Wood Group in 2006 and is responsible
for promoting the services and programs that are provided by our
company. Ms. Wood has served on the Board of Directors of First
Step, Inc. and Loving Christian Care Maternity Homes. She is a
current volunteer of Hospice of Wichita Falls, Texas. For

Lori Wood - Assistant Comptroller:
Mrs. Wood has studied accounting and related courses at Stephen
F. Austin and Midwestern State Universities. She worked in the
accounting field for 5 years before starting work at Wood Care
Centers in 1989 and The Wood Group in 2003. Mrs. Wood is
responsible for all accounts payable and payroll for both
companies. All inquiries regarding accounting should be made to

Mary Helen Farnam Director of Clinical
Services: Ms. Farnam joined our administrative team in
August 2007. She is responsible for management and oversight of
The Wood Group’s Mental Health Rehabilitative Services Programs.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
the Incarnate Word. During the past 13 years, she worked for The
Center for Health Care Services in Bexar County. Ms. Farnam was
responsible for assisting in the development and negotiation of
provider network services which included children and adult
outpatient mental health services, Assertive Community
Treatment, inpatient services, day treatment programs, and
residential services. She assisted network providers in
initiating program services, managed network contract budgets,
provided training and technical assistance and conducted on-site
reviews of all providers. Additional experience includes Quality
Management of behavioral health services. Inquiries regarding

John Martinez - Regional Director
(San Antonio Area):
Mr. Martinez earned his Associates
Degree in Sociology from Olive Harvey Community College in
Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Martinez began his service at The Wood
Group in April of 1999. In July of 2000, Mr. Martinez moved to
management as a facility manager. In January of 2001, he was
named Assistant Regional Director and in June of 2002 was named
Director of Residential Services. Mr. Martinez began a career in
the medical field at University Hospital in San Antonio where he
worked as an Emergency Room Technician. He continued his career
at Morningside Manor as an Alzheimer specialist in providing
skills maintenance to Geriatric Alzheimer patients.

Brian Stampley – Regional Director
(East Texas Areas):
Mr. Stampley is a graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor's
of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Education degree
in Counseling and Development. Mr. Stampley is also a Licensed
Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. Mr. Stampley began
his Mental Health career in 2002 at the Baptist Hospital
Behavioral Unit in Beaumont where he served has a Mental Health
Aide. From 2003-2007 he worked for Spindletop MHMR Services in
Beaumont as a mental health caseworker and later an Intake and
Crisis therapist. Mr. Stampley began his services with The Wood
Group in March 2007 as the Administrator for its Beaumont Crisis
Respite Unit. In 2009, Mr. Stampley was named Regional Director
and now oversees the operations of Wood Group facilities located
in East and Southeast Texas.

Shelly Baggett – Regional Director
(Central Texas Areas): Mrs. Baggett is a graduate of the
University of Victoria, B.C. with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in
Child Care, specializing in Family Therapy. Mrs. Baggett began
her career in 1981 as a Child Care Worker at a Special Alternate
Education Program as a Child Care Worker. She worked at Cowichan
Family and Life Association; Integrated Services for Family and
Child Development and at a Residential Treatment Center for
children. Her Mental Health career began in 1984 at a
psychiatric residential treatment center as senior
counselor and case manager. During this time she opened and
supervised a Family Care Home for psychiatric clients. In
addition to her Mental Health experience, Shelly has also worked
as an Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Baggett began her services
with The Wood Group in November, 2008 as Administrator for the
Bluebonnet MHMR San Gabriel Crisis Center in Georgetown. She was
named Regional Director in March 2010 and now oversees the
operations of Wood Group facilities located in Central Texas.

Chris Dolloff
– Reginonal Director (West Texas Areas): Chris Dolloff
– Mr. Dolloff is a Graduate of Tarleton State University with a
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology. He began his career
as a substance abuse preventionist, teaching life skills to
adolescents and conducting skills training groups for at-risk
children. He worked for Pecan Valley MHMR in Stephenville from
2000-2008 were he served as a Qualified Mental Health
Professional providing case management services to youth and
adults, and later served as Quality Management Coordinator and
MR Continuity of Care Coordinator. He began his services with
The Wood Group in September 2008. Mr. Dolloff was named
Regional Director in April 2010 and now oversees the operations
of The Wood Group facilities located in West Texas.
